When a storm hits, it can cause severe damage to your home in many ways. We are experts in identifying damages and guiding you through the insurance process.
THE INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS
1. FREE ROOF AND PROPERTY ASSESSMENT
Ideal Roofing and Solar will inspect your exterior property and roof for damage. We document everything we find to present to the insurance carrier.
2. GO OVER DAMAGES AND FILE A CLAIM
We will present you with photos of the damages. Provide our recommendations based on working hundreds of claims, and assist in quickly filing your claim.
3. MEET WITH YOUR INSURANCE ADJUSTER
After a claim is filed, the insurance will contact the homeowner to schedule an inspection of their own. When the insurance adjuster (inspector) comes out to the property, we will meet them and ensure they find all damages that we found on our initial inspection.
4. GO OVER INSURANCE PAPERWORK
The insurance will build a report and provide an estimate. This paperwork will show what the insurance is covering. We will go through the paperwork together and determine if anything is missing that should be repaired. If there are any revisions to the insurance estimate, we will communicate that with the insurance directly.
5. SELECT MATERIALS AND CHOOSE A START DATE
At the time of going through the insurance estimate, we will determine what repairs we will handle and schedule the work.
6. INSTALLATION
We will complete your project and send any final documents to the insurance carrier.
